OUR WORLDWIDE RESPONSIBILITY

"...Go into all the world and preach the gospel..."

Mark 16:15

Jesus knew that His message concerning God's love, our sinfulness, and our salvation based on His own substitutionary death at Calvary would find continual resistance in the world. Nevertheless, He appointed His followers of each generation to go and teach this message.

Christ Community Church seeks to promote the gospel locally and around the world. Members are encouraged to be witnesses. Each year we visit a different section of our neighborhood systematically door-to-door. We participate with other like-minded congregations to make the gospel known in as broad an area as possible.

Over the last half century Christ Community Church has seen its own young people accept the call to Christ's service. Many have been led to international service in foreign lands. Other individuals from our church family have served in short-term missionary crusades.

Christ Community Church supports in prayer and with finances over 25 missions and missionaries spreading the gospel today.
